The luxurious family suite offered fine views across Lake Annecy.

The breakfast service was chaotic, requiring us to constantly chase after staff to place our orders.

Truly enjoyed our beautifully decorated rooms.

Got Wheelchair Accessible room with an elevated level and amazing views, as example as expected. Coffee/tea makers and glassware were a nice touch. The hotel has stunning and exceptionally nice location just off water taxi and the restaurant which also has a stunning view of the lake and the waterfront. Incredible location of the hotel in the restaurant which also has a stunning view of the lake. The room was panoramic and extremely pleasant, had safe for the safety.

Do recommend for a weekend vacation

Fine view, comfortable room, the valet parking service was prompt and convenient, with access to nearby hiking trails and the friendly staff at the bar significantly enhanced our relaxing stay.

The view across Lac d'Annecy from most rooms is spectacularly beautiful, and the hotel has a decent stretch of provate waterfront and a swimming platform.

Service at breakfast was pretty poor, and the food was unimaginative and mediocre considering the extra 15 euros charged for it.

Unfotunately we got a small room with a very small windowand it wasnt a special price as all lake view rooms were 130 euros at this time of year.H owever the hotel and grounds were very special.

Recommend it for couples looking for romance

Staying here turned out to be a pleasant surprise because the service was very nice. They took my request for a yoga teacher seriously, ensuring I got my session, which was like a pampering gift after a long day.

The ambiance alone was worth every euro.

Fantastic location on Lake Annecy. You will be disapointed if you don't book a Lake view room. Excellent facilities. Will visit again.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the comfort double room with lake views, everything was superb.

What an very nice experience! From the majestic lake views in our penthouse suite to the warm, cute staff, this stay for our honeymoon was lovely. We indulged in a fabulous couples massage at the spa!

Very smart hotel with good facilities in excellent location.We liked the indoor pool and our room overlooking the lake.

We were disappointed with the breakfast. People were queuing for tables .There only appeared to be one waitress who was trying to lay tables and restock the food.Not what we expected for a smart hotel like this.Very disappointing breakfast.

Room tired, cold and small.Room heaters did not work Hotel needs significant updating, rstaurant not child freindly at all, menu is very elaborate and needs to be balanced and consider families. Hotel is losing business beacuse of this. Overall the hotel has a lot of potential but it is not 4 star, generally not impressed.

Staying for 5 nights in a family suite allowed us to enjoy the fine views of the lake right from our room. The electric bike hire was a fantastic way to explore the area, and the pool area was great for the kids. The breakfast service was slow, causing some frustration during busy hours, and the pool could feel a bit isolated. The friendly staff and the good surroundings were good.

Location and views were fantastic. You could stay there, do nothing and enjoy the view. It overlooks the lake which was breathtaking. The restaurant was also very good but a bit expensive. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained. We were well looked after by the staff.

The hotel is a bit tired. It needs refurbishment.
